Fo4 - Less Powerful Pampas

This mod adjusts the armor and resistance values of Ralfetas’ Pampas Set for Fallout 4 to be far less powerful. It is made with the assumption that you would like to use the Pampas Set as under armor and find it to be overpowered when you put vanilla armor on top of it. 

Right now it only changes the base armor values. All upgrades and adjustments will add the same amount as they always did, and therefore you can still upgrade your pieces to be pretty powerful. I couldn’t figure out where to find these upgrade options in xEdit, so I couldn’t change them. If I find out in the future I may release an update with the upgrades balanced.

I also made this specifically to use in Horizon, although Horizon is not a required master for this file and you don’t need to be playing Horizon to use it. 

You MUST download Pampas Set as well, since this mod only includes the updated armor values.
